The YDDA has grant opportunities available for building rehabilitation and/or facade improvement projects for businesses in the West Cross Business District. This is a reimbursement grant and the DDA will match up to 50% of your total project cost.
$10,160.50 available funding for FY 24/25 (Project must be paid for by June 1, 2025)
Applications for this funding open until fulfilled in the West Cross District. Apply before May 1, 2025)
$10,000 available funding for FY 25/26 (Project to be started after July 1, 2025)
