The DDA helps keep Downtown Ypsilanti clean and welcoming by maintaining three shared dumpster enclosures, conveniently located in the N. Huron, S. Huron, and N. Adams parking lots.  A map with all three locations can be found below! 

To ensure everything stays tidy and secure, each enclosure requires a code for access. We offer residential, cafe, restaurant, and commercial pricing, with a four-month billing cycle. 

Residential – $100 per four-month billing cycle
Cafe or Bar (Beverage Only) – $300 per four-month billing cycle
Restaurant – $500 per four-month billing cycle
Commercial (retail/office) – $200 per four-month billing cycle
