Meeting Notices

The DDA Promotions Committee has changed the date and time of March's monthly meeting to Friday, March 12, 2010 at 8:00a.m at Cafe Luwak.

The DDA Organization committee has canceled Wednesday, March 17, 2010 meeting.

The Executive Committee has scheduled a meeting Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 8:00am at SPARK East, 215 W. Michigan Avenue.

The City of Ypsilanti is one of three communities in Michigan to have two separate DDA districts.  Until June of 2009, these two districts were governed by two separate DDA boards. The City Council voted on June 16, 2009 to create a single DDA board (see the approved resolution here).  The new DDA board members have been approved by City Council and the first meeting of the combined board will be Thursday, July 23rd at 8 a.m. at the Freighthouse at 100 Market Place in Historic Depot Town.
